Leticia By the Sea
Thanks to Blogie Robillo, I got invited to join a group of bloggers and friends to a good summer time at Leticia by the Sea. The group was composed of Chattee, Christian, Charles, Bing, Jhelo, Enrico, Blogie, and myself.
We started the trip from the Marina in Lanang where several of Davao’s private boats are parked. The speed boat ride from the Marina to Leticia by the Sea was exciting – after having so used to the banka boat ride to Samal and Talicud. ![]()
Upon reaching the island, we were welcomed by the owner himself, Mr. Ray de la Paz. The accommodation was excellent – the rooms were more than nice, the food (though we were told that its not the showcase) was superb and the long list of water fun – snorkeling, diving, jet ski, kayak, trampoline floating in water, water slide just to name a few.
Not to forget the sunset while cruising on a speedboat, with good 80’s music and ice cold beer. The sunset was just gorgeous! probably an understatement and you just gotta experience this. (sunset photos courtesy of Christian Te)
It was definitely an experience worth every while and each moment memorable. Thanks to Mr. Ray de la Paz for the unforgettable summer time at Leticia by the Sea. Kudos to an excellent beach resort in Talicud! and thanks to Blogie Robillo for inviting me. Leticia by the Sea is a highly recommended place to go this summer! (and the rest of the year!)
